BRAND MANAGER

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance the company’s brand identity, increase brand awareness, and drive customer loyalty. This role ensures consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s vision and market positioning.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Define and maintain the unique market positioning of each property within the portfolio.
  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive bookings.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and reinforces brand values.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Work closely with the sales, operations, and guest services teams to ensure brand alignment and support business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders to maximize brand exposure.
  • Develop internal communication strategies to ensure all employees are brand ambassadors and aligned with the brand vision.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on brand performance to the executive team, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the brand budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

 Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

 Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the hospitality industry, preferably with multi-property operations.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
  • Experience with both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.

  • Ability to develop long-term strategies that align with the company’s vision and market trends.
  • Strong creative skills to develop engaging and innovative brand campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analysing market data, consumer trends, and competitor activity to inform strategies.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee the execution of brand initiatives across multiple properties.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate brand messages effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to manage relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of current trends in the hospitality industry, including guest experience innovations and luxury service standards.
  • Expertise in brand positioning, brand architecture, and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to use data analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Experience in conducting market research and utilizing insights to drive brand strategy.
