The Copywriter is responsible for creating compelling and engaging content that supports the company’s marketing objectives and enhances the brand’s image. This role involves crafting copy for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, social media, and multimedia, ensuring that all written content aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging guidelines.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop high-quality, engaging copy for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, website content, social media posts, email campaigns, digital ads, and more.
  • Ensure all written content consistently reflects the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, reinforcing the company’s identity and values.
  •  Work closely with the graphic design team, marketing team, and other departments to understand project requirements, target audiences, and campaign objectives, and translate them into effective written content.
  • Create SEO-friendly content for digital platforms to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the company’s website.
  • Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, adhering to grammatical and stylistic guidelines.
  • Craft compelling narratives and storytelling elements that resonate with the target audience and enhance the overall marketing message.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns by brainstorming ideas, developing concepts, and creating persuasive copy that drives engagement and conversion.
  •  Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning, and use insights to inform content creation.
  • Assist in the development and execution of content strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals and drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Monitor the performance of written content across various channels and platforms and use data-driven insights to optimize future content.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

 Experience:

  • Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in a creative agency, in-house marketing team, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of written work, including marketing materials, digital content, and social media campaigns.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Ability to develop creative and compelling content that engages and persuades the target audience.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and the ability to create SEO-friendly content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS), social media, and email marketing software.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and translate findings into engaging and informative content.
