Join our team in the following position:

ARCHITECTURE MANAGER ASSISTANT (m/f/x)

We are looking for a creative and responsible assistant to the head of architecture, with 2 to 5 years of professional experience, to work on projects in the field of hospitality and tourism. The selected candidate will take part in the development of interior and architectural solutions for hotels, restaurants, and related facilities – from concept to execution.

Work location: Opatija


Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the lead architect in all stages of hotel and hospitality project development
  • Developing architectural and interior design solutions in line with brand standards and functional requirements
  • Preparing technical documentation
  • Collaborating with engineers, interior designers, and contractors
  • Adapting projects to comply with current regulations and standards for hospitality facilities
  • Coordinating and attending on-site inspections
  • Monitoring the alignment of cost estimates and contractor offers with the planned budget


Desired candidate profile:

  • University degree in architecture or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in architectural or design practice
  • Experience or strong interest in designing hotels, restaurants, and similar facilities is an advantage
  • Excellent command of AutoCAD and at least one BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Strong teamwork skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
