WHICH COOKIES DO WE USE?

LRH d.d. uses necessary, functional, statistical and marketing cookies, including third-party cookies, to personalise your user experience.

To ensure the website functions quickly, safely and correctly, it collects necessary cookies that cannot be disabled. They are usually set up as a response to your actions, such as privacy settings, login or filling out forms.

LRH d.d. uses cookies to collect the following types of data:

  • Necessary cookies – They ensure the basic functionalities of the website. Without them, the website cannot work properly. You can block them by changing the settings in your browser.
  • Analytical/statistical cookies – They help us improve or optimise the experience we provide. They allow us to measure the interaction of visitors with our Platforms, and we use this information to improve the user experience and performance of our Platforms.
  • Marketing cookies – We use them to collect information about your browsing habits to make advertising more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times a particular advertisement appears and measure the effectiveness of an advertising campaign. We may share this information with other parties who help manage online advertising.

On this website, we use different categories of session cookies and persistent cookies, for example, first-party cookies (your data is not shared with third parties) or third-party cookies (your data is shared with third parties).

THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

When using external links on our website, such as those to social networks (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), you will be redirected to external domains that may use cookies that are not under our control.

On many pages of our website, you will see “social media icons.” They allow you to share or bookmark pages on our website.

Social media:

Social media, such as Twitter (X), Google, Facebook (Meta), LinkedIn and Instagram, can collect data about your online activity. If you visit our platforms, certain pages you visit may be recorded if you are logged into their services, even if you don’t click on the icon. Where this occurs, we may be joint controllers with the social media website of the data transmitted to them from our website. However, they will be a separate controller for every future use of your data.

For future use of your data, we advise you to check the privacy and cookie policies of each of these sites to see exactly how they use your data and to learn how to disable or delete such data.

Advertising on digital channels:

Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads, provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse the use of the website. In case of activation of IP address pseudonymisation on our website, the IP address of the Google user will be shortened beforehand within the member states of the European Union and in other countries of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operators of our websites to evaluate the use of the websites by users, compile reports on website activities, and provide additional services related to the use of websites and the Internet to the website operator.

On its websites, LRH d.d. uses the Google Signals feature as part of the Google Analytics provided by Google Inc.

This way, existing Google Analytics features (advertising reports, remarketing, cross-device usage reports, and interest and demographics reports) are updated to enable aggregated and pseudonymised data, provided you have allowed customised ads in your Google Account. We only receive pseudonymised data in the form of reports that show patterns in user behaviour.

This feature is enabled only in the following cases:

1) You have a Google Account

2) You are signed in to your Google Account when you access the relevant website

3) You have enabled the “Ad customisation” feature in your Google Account

If you don’t want to use this feature, you have to disable the “Ad customisation” feature in your Google Account:

We use Google Ads to draw your attention to our offer with the help of advertisements that we place through the Google Ads platform. We would like to display ads that are of interest to you. Google delivers ads through so-called “ad providers”; for this purpose, we use ad server cookies to measure the effectiveness of ads. Google Ads stores cookies on your devices.

For more information on the use of Google data for advertising purposes, settings and enabling options, please visit the Google websites:

To disable tracking by Google Analytics on all websites, please visit:

Furthermore, if you delete the search history from your browser and at the same time enable the option to delete cookies, you will delete all cookies that are currently stored on your device. In addition, most of today’s browsers offer the option to block the storing of cookies on your device.

All data collected with your consent and linked to Google Analytics are automatically deleted after 14 months.

Our websites also use Facebook Pixel, which is provided by Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). We use Facebook Pixel to track user behaviour, which allows us to send relevant targeted advertisements on Facebook. It is a tracking pixel that collects data about you, which is used to build and optimise the target audience for Facebook ads. For example, Facebook collects and sends data linked to an identifier, such as your name or IP address, about whether you visited our website and what you clicked on. Pixel sends that data to Facebook, which compares it with your user profile if you have one. So when we create an ad on Facebook, we can ask Facebook to target it to people who have visited our website, and the ad could then appear in your feed. We don’t collect or store any personal data about you through Pixel, but Facebook does.

If you would like to disable this data processing, you can use the settings and disabling options offered by Facebook:

Users can prevent the storage of cookies by rejecting all functionalities on the LRH d.d. website or by changing their browser settings.

Transfers to third countries are possible. Article 46 of the GDPR applies as adequate protection of the standard contractual clause. More information about this topic can be found here:
