Join our team in the following position:

BI SPECIALIST/FINANCIAL ANALYSIS & CONTROLLING (m/f/x)

Work location: Opatija

Key responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of BI solutions (reports, dashboards, analyses)
• Working with databases and ETL processes
• Data analysis and support for business decisions
• Collaboration with different teams (operations, IT, finance, sales, marketing, revenue)
• Optimization and automation of reporting
• Development and implementation of predictive models and data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making

Desired candidate profile:

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Looker, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL and databases
• Experience with ETL tools and processes
• Understanding of hotel business processes and data analysis
• Experience in analyzing key metrics for the hotel industry
• Ability to create and interpret visualizations and reports
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Advantage: Programming knowledge (Laser Line)
