HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR (m/f/x)
Work location: Opatija Riviera
Main tasks:
Supervises and monitors the execution of tasks, ensuring compliance with established standards and work practices
Coordinates team activities at the operational level
Communicates with guests and handles inquiries and complaints
Acts as MOD (Manager on Duty) in the absence of the Head of Operations
Performs other tasks in accordance with their qualifications, knowledge, and skills based on instructions from the Head of Operations (including tasks outside the department's regular scope if necessary)
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions
Experienced, detail-oriented, and reliable individual
Team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and support team development
Guest-oriented approach
Willingness and ability to work in a dynamic environment
