Join our team in the position of:

REVENUE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (m/f/x)

Work location: Opatija


Main responsibilities:

  • Manage revenue, pricing, and inventory availability in line with business objectives and key performance indicators
  • Oversee pricing strategies across all distribution channels and ensure an optimal business mix
  • Analyze demand by segment, channel, and accommodation type, including booking pace monitoring
  • Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts and participate in the annual rooms revenue budgeting process
  • Monitor key KPIs: RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, GOPPAR
  • Identify new revenue growth opportunities through market segmentation, distribution optimization, and capacity management
  • Contribute to the definition of the annual pricing strategy across all sales channels, considering seasonality and calendar effects
  • Translate strategic sales goals into operational processes through concrete actions
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and conduct benchmarking analyses to optimize strategies and maintain competitiveness
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and optimization of technological systems required for effective revenue management
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports


What we are looking for:

  • University or college degree (economics, tourism, hospitality, finance)
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in revenue management within hotel companies (preferred), or in related roles within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with PMS and RMS systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Understanding of key hospitality KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, GOPPAR)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments (sales, marketing, operations)
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of making independent, data-driven decisions
