Join our team in the following position:

RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE (m/f/x)

Work location: Opatija


Key responsibilities:

  • Active cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior (MUP) and coordination of the employment process for foreign workers, including preparation and extension of work permits and visas
  • Activities related to sourcing, selection, and hiring of candidates: preparing and publishing job advertisements, coordinating employment documentation
  • Cooperation with universities, schools, student services, and training institutions, as well as carrying out activities related to onboarding interns and students
  • Active cooperation with the Croatian Employment Service (HZZ) and ensuring compliance with legal regulations
  • Organizing administration and activities related to the employment and accommodation of seasonal workers
  • Participation in job fairs and activities promoting LRH
  • Cooperation with agencies and staffing services for employee leasing, and carrying out activities related to their supervision and scheduling (timekeeping control, payroll, transportation, and bonuses for agency workers)

Requirements:

  • University degree (psychology, social sciences, or hospitality/tourism orientation)
  • 2 years of experience in the same or similar roles (experience in hospitality and tourism is an advantage)
  • Mandatory requirement: knowledge of the Aliens Act and experience working with work permits
  • Strong social skills and people-oriented approach
  • Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams…)
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, openness, proactiveness, reliability, and responsibility
  • Category B driving licence
