Join our team in the following position:

HOTEL REVENUE MANAGER (m/f/x)

Work location: Opatija


Key responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements pricing strategies and sales policies with the goal of maximizing hotel revenue and profitability
  • Analyzes market trends, competition, demand, and customer behavior to optimize room rates and other hotel services
  • Manages distribution channels (OTA, GDS, hotel website) and monitors their performance
  • Actively collaborates with the sales, marketing, reservations, and hotel management departments in making decisions related to sales strategy
  • Prepares regular reports and forecasts on revenue, occupancy, and average rates, and proposes measures to improve results
  • Implements revenue management tools and systems, ensuring accuracy of data entry in PMS/CRS systems
  • Participates in the preparation of the hotel’s budget and strategic plans


Requirements:

  • University degree (preferably in economics, tourism, management, or related fields)
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in revenue management or similar positions within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, RMS) and advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining operational accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, team player with a high level of responsibility and independence
  • Flexibility and results-oriented approach
